Approximately a week after submittal of application I received phone call to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was basic questions regarding education and experience for the position. A week later I received a call to schedule an in-person interview. In person interview was professional yet relaxed. I was tested on basic measuring devices and measuring simple finished parts. A lot of information was exchanged within the 1.5 hours I was there. Plant tour was also part of the interview to explain processes and how the job interacted.
