Inquired in store and was employee referred. Called the next morning and scheduled a time to stop in for an informal interview with the shop manager. Was asked questions about availability, transportation, and customer service skills. The manager had me fill out paperwork after the interview. I was then informed about policies and put on the schedule for 2 weeks later.
