Very smooth and fast, recruiters were very nice, and traders seemed cool but generally quite arrogant and unforgiving. If you pass resume screen, you do a proctored 80 in 8 math test over video call. Next stage is a behavioral and light technical interview (to see if a good culture fit and easy probability questions). Final stage is an in person super day where they have you do a case study, answer probability questions, and play trading games.
Case study: ETF theory, how to arbitrage, how to make a market with updates in ETF values based on increases in asset proportions. Be good at mental math and working with proportions.
Trading game that was closely related to St Petersburg's paradox. They want you to discuss how you manage risk and your bet size in terms of having a positive expected value but with high risk bets.

An online assignment on quick math problems, then a motivational interview with hr, then a interview with a trader, supposly a final round with the team. I got to the trader round and flunked it
First round mental math where you have to solve many problems in ~15 minutes, then an interview with some quick resume questions, questions about the company (what do we do? why are you interested?) and some brain teasers
