First round --- Mental Math Second round --- Video Interview Third round --- Motivational Interview (conducted in groups of around 5 candidates.) Fourth round --- Final Day (I did not make it to this round).
1. OA - mental math 2. Recruiter screen - behavioral, probability questions 3. on site superday - working indiviually on a case study in a room with all applicants, two individual interviews with 4 traders (2 and 2)

Started with CV screening, then Online Assessment including Mental Math and Sequences. Then an HR interview and technical interview (technical knowledge of trading concepts, such as market-making and ETF arbitrage). I stopped there.

Math test + Virtual Interview + behaviour + superday, I stoped at superday, there is one more round after the superday, superday is interviewing with current traders, there are 3 rounds in superday and 1-2 to 1 interview each round
