Two Rounds of Interview.
1> First is screening with loads of fundamentals
2> High level interview in second round.
Traits:
Flow traders needs to be more professional, they take your interview and do significantly well but don't select you.
Very unprofessional behavior of HR. And if they don't want to hire then don't understand why do they take interviews and wastes someone time. Will not recommend to anyone.
