Applied for the position online, was rushed into doing all 3 interviews in about 1 week (which I thought had all gone quite well) and then... radio silence. I reached out to the recruiter but no reply. It's simply disrespectful to ghost a candidate, especially in the final recruitment stage, but it seems that ghosting is not uncommon at this company reading the other comments.

The procedure was straightforward. I quickly received an invitation to book an interview after uploading my CV. 1st step is a discussion with Human Resources. 2nd step is supposed to be a discussion with the Line Managers. The initial step is primarily to grasp the role, understand the expectations of all parties involved, assess salary expectations, and determine whether your experience aligns with the position.
