The interview process was broken down into 5 interviews over the span of a couple of weeks. After hours upon hours of calls and time spent on an homework assignment, I received an offer for the position. I followed up with the recruiter asking for slightly more money as is common, but then 5 days later after asking for an update I received a phone call stating that they were rescinding the offer due to changes in priorities with the team, and I was provided zero information other than that. No one from the leadership team took the time to reach out to me, no other opportunities were discussed, and I was kicked to the curb. Do not waste your time with this company, they don’t care about their candidates or the effort people put in to working there, and they aren’t organized enough to know their priorities a week out after offering someone a job. Stay away from Flock Safety.
