Overall, it was a very odd experience. The recruiter was excellent, but then the hiring manager gave this odd vibe from the beginning. Although I was extremely well qualified for the role (probably overqualified), the manager just didn't seem interested at all. It was like she was just going through the motions because an interview had been scheduled for her but maybe she had already made up her mind or didn't need this distraction. My friends in law enforcement tell me that Flock is getting a bit too arrogant...I get the same sense.
