I applied online and a recruiter emailed me a calendar link for a phone screening. I chose a date/time, received an automatic email confirming this, and emailed the recruiter back thanking them for reaching out and included the date/time we were to meet. I never heard anything back from the recruiter, but I did receive an automatic reminder for my phone screening. On the day of the interview, I did not receive a call from the recruiter. I also did not receive an explanation or response when I reached via email out asking if they would like to reschedule.
