I had a call with an agency recruiter (external to Float). They were 15 minutes late to the call. They spoke the whole time about the role because they only had 15 minutes left. I was not prompted to answer any real questions. I was just asked to talk about myself and what I was looking for. I was then invited to a video interview with the CEO, Rob. I thought it went pretty well, asked a couple of important questions. But it was more conversational.
