A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin to asking to set up a 30 minute phone screen. We scheduled a time and she never called. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the number she was supposed to call me on and was sent to voicemail after one ring. This was extremely disrespectful considering that I am a working sales professional. I blocked off a specific time during my work day for the phone screen. I never got any kind of follow up. I would have preferred that she at least sent me an email stating that they weren't going to move forward with the phone screen.

Incredibly easy interview process. I applied by sending the sales manager and CEO a message on Linkedin. The sales manager reached out within 24 hours and we scheduled a phone interview for later that morning. The sales manager asked very standard interview questions. I think the phone interview lasted 15 minutes. In person interview consisted of meeting with the CEO who spent 15 minutes asking basic questions and then 45 minutes talking about himself and the company. Offer letter given later that day.
