Never have I had an interview with an HR person that didn't get to the next stage. The guy interviewing me seemed cold and disinterested in my experience. Instead of being asked real questions about my experience with tech I was asked dumb questions like "What are your strengths/weaknesses?". Even though I put effort into giving a thoughtful answer, we moved on to another unrelated question as if my answer didn't mean much.
