Had a very bad experience. Interview was scheduled and cannceled by Flipkart twice. Recruiter is so irresponsible, she never responds. Finally through consultancy i get the interview call letter. I reached at 11 without having any breakfast and immediately started with Machine coding. I was like least interested after seeing the office and the way recruiter treated. I took 2 hours and finished the round. They never arranged food for me. I was like full hungry. Recruiter told me that i will have one more round and asked me to eat biscuit/tea, it was 2.30 . It's their responsibility to arrange food. Next round i was like giving up to answer the questions. i was so tired and like showing least interest. After the interviewer left, i waited for 30mins, no one came. I went to her desk and asked for the feedback and left for the day. This is not the way to treat a candidate.

I went for interview in Bengaluru Cessna Building, 4 Rounds 1.Machine Coding. 2. Code Evaluation 3 Coding (DS and Problem Solving) 4. Competency Related Questions First three rounds went well and the guys who were taking interviews were positive and helping, but the last round was taken by a stupid Lady who herself didn't know anything and was extremely arrogant and egoistic, last round was the worst experience of my life she was extremely rude and was not even listening to answers, expected Flipkart to be a good company but this reaction from tech guys was shocking.....people often forget "what goes around comes around"
