I applied via online, after 2/3 days the HR contacted and asked to attend the interview. On interview section mainly asked OOPS, PHP functions etc. After that they just wanted to test my skills so did gave me a machine test, well i was confident in the test. After 5/10 days they called and i was selected. Once inside be dynamic, lay a good friendship approach and be willing to accept challenges. FYI: Super year experienced personals might only have panel/group interview for a thorough testing of the skill level.
