Group interview - 2 group tasks where you had to design an island and design a cocktail and pitch them to the other candidates and the managerial team. For the island task you needed to design an island then choose either tape, bluetack or a straw to be the single item you take with you to the island to survive. For the cocktail you were put into random groups with other bartenders and asked to design a seasonal cocktail, name it, what the ingredients/measurements were, what the price would be, etc.

Friendly staff and nice questions asked, seemed interested to learn about the candidates and answered any questions I had enthusiastically and in detail, at the end of the interview we were given vouchers for a free darts session also
