Did first round of group interview. Was assessed on verbal and written communications followed by a test on a conversation between client and consultant and had to find the right holiday destination along with hotel and airline and airline code from a book with details that they provide. Time to do this test was 15 minutes. Answers were given at the end of the test once papers were collected. There were around 25 of us in the room and I have cleared for group assessment which will take 6 hours as told to us and I am going to go for it tomorrow

The psychometric test that I undertook was quite tricky and took almost 2 hours and I answered around 250-300. Questions. Quite daunting

Initially started as group stages, being asked questions to whittle our people they probably saw as having too much pre-existing sales type focus. The more formal interview was comfortable and not stressful. This was done in groups of 3.

Got an invite for a 15 minute phone interview the day after I applied. The recruitment specialist was extremely kind and informative, he asked basic questions pertaining to my resume and gave a brief breakdown of the job.
I was immediately moved to the next stage which was a 45 minute phone interview with the same person, going more in-depth of the job, and more personalized questions from a personality/skill quiz which took about an hour to complete. 10 questions, the last 3 were timed and included deciphering backwards sentences and basic math.
After the second phone interview, I was invited to an in-store assessment day where I completed a work book consisting of fun geography sections such as capital cities, airport codes, time zones, etc. I then had a 1:1 with my manager and it was super casual and easy-going. Probably the best interview i've ever had.
Next day I was offered the job, which was subject to 2 reference checks.

Many questions, asking about both past travel experience, past work experience and where you'd like to travel to next. Very easy going and allows for real conversation. The interviewer really broke down what the corporate culture was like and helped me become more interested in the job.
