Flexport held a Skype interview that was started by stating that this would be an informal interview. Gradually got very formal. The team seemed full of confident individuals who really believe in their product. The cultural fit may not be for everyone. The overall experience of this interview was very intimidating.

First sent an email asking general questions, then followed up with a phone screening. The questions were easy, but it sounded like the interviewer was talking far away from the phone and when I asked questions about the company struggled to understand what I was asking which I never experienced before.
