Phone screen with recruiter went well; recruiter promised to set up a phone call with hiring manager the next week. A week goes by; radio silence. I ask the recruiter for an update, and he tells me he "just" caught up with the hiring manager and I'm not a fit. Complete waste of time and energy; I'd recommend not returning any calls from Flexport - just ghost them like they ghost candidates.
