Applied online via LinkedIn job posting. Recruiting team was fast, informative and great at keeping me up to date with the entire process. Interviewed on a call with recruiter, followed by a video interview with the creative director and then an onsite with team members from the creative team on Dec 10th 2018. There were two stand out team members who had previously worked at Uber who I would have loved to work alongside. The senior copywriter was the nicest guy and the kind of person you'd expect to find at the best of the best ad agencies. In addition there was a great team of ladies with whom I met, who were diverse, smart and dynamic. Unfortunately I did not get to meet the creative director at the onsite but he was great over the video interview. Wishing the team all the best for scaling up their marketing and creative teams.
