First round was two 30 minute video calls with (seemingly) inexperienced interviewers. Reading questions from a laptop screen, minimal follow up or engagement. Recruiter ghosted for a week and after I followed up gave a nondescript rejection.

System Design interview. Interviewer was unclear about the functional and non-functional requirements of the system. Interviewer interpreted validation questions from my side as me 'being unsure' about the solution proposed. Attempts at collaboration were judged negatively which was strange.
Asked about this in the debrief with the interviewer and attempted to clear this up, but interviewer seemed unwilling or unable to take this feedback on. Disappointing interview experience.

Process was supposed to start with a recruiter screening, then a hiring manager screening, and finally there was going to be a interview loop which I was told would consist of 3-4 people. Recruiter ended up ghosting me after the screening, having ended the screening by telling me that I would definately be talking to one of the hiring managers soon. I tried to reach out to them several times, and nothing but silence back.
