Once u apply for the job you receive an email with a test you have to take and once u take the test you are contacted by a manager. I had a great interview with the regional manager and the store manager. they were great up beat really interested in me as a person. they gave me lots of information about the company and just from their personalities alone I decided Flexi was a place I wanted to work.
