Multiple Stage Interview 1: Pre-Screen 2: 2hr Interview Interview Process: 1. Initial chat about the company and the company product 2. Broken up into multiple segments the 1st part was a "technical test/pair programming" exercise to create an API, the interviewer was supportive enough. 2nd segment was labelled "Culture" with an interviewer joining the call. This interview section wasn't great, personally. The interviewer asked me what I knew about the company (despite this being covered in the pre-screen already). I felt the energy of this interview was the polar opposite of the other two sections which were friendly and interviewers interested. The final segment was focused on "technical knowledge" and covered tech like containerisation and also a verbal logic walkthrough of a coding problem
