I was contacted by phone for an internal recruiting position. I spoke briefly with the recruiter about where I was working and the opportunity being presented. After my questions were satisfied I agreed to come in for an interview. During the interview (with the branch manager and recruiting manager) I was asked standard questions about myself and the job duties were outlined. After the interview a background check was conducted and I accepted the offer.
