I interviewed with the Design and Innovation team in late 2022/early 2023. There was an initial phone screening with a recruiter, then a phone interview with two of the managers, then an onsite. The phone interview was technical questions about my resume and experience. The onsite involved a very short presentation to a panel about a previous project and then they had me walk through a high-level, open-ended design problem. I got a tour of the facilities and had lots of opportunities to ask questions. I felt like I got honest answers about what people liked and didn't like about working there. I ended up taking another offer but overall found the experience positive.
