Unorganized. I was interviewed 1 on 1 with 6 different members of the group. Probably one 1 of them was familiar with the interview process. It felt intimidating and really a waste of time for this analyst role.
it was ok to be part of the interview process and they were really expert on the cost related discusion and whet tust kjalto.

I have applied through company website and got a called after few days. Selection process includes assignment test and Technical Interview. Whole process took 2-3 months. Assessment was easy to clear.
Mostly costing related , high priority given to inventory related topics and revenue recognition topics, US Gaap, accruals, excel , macros and VBA related skills. If you have good knowledge on automation
