Interview process was long, drawn out and included psychometric testing. Interviews were well structured and thorough but quite repetitive. Same questions and conversations just different people involved. Despite making it clear up front what my background and skill set were I think they eventually realised they needed something different which was annoying having invested a considerable amount of time in the process.

Interviews were well structured and thorough but had to be interviewed by a lot of different stakeholders. Ultimately i think during the process they realised what they wanted in terms of the role was not what they had originally thought.
