First part of the application process involved answering a written brief based on which department you wanted to be in; corporate consumer, tech etc. You were then sent a timed written test and invited to an assessment centre. The assessment consisted of a speed dating style interview with the different departments you selected on the application form, two group exercises, and a networking drinks reception. Overall, it was a really enjoyable process and everyone was so friendly.
