Long, many rounds of interviews. A lot of time was invested back and forth. Cleared all rounds, and submitted all the confidential documents, but during the final HR round, the role was changed to freelance. After a few weeks, reached out for the same freelance opportunity, got me to sign an NDA, work again on a new assignment, and waste my time. They ghosted me again...and again....and again... Not answering the phone and wasting a candidate's time and efforts is not cool!! Please never reach out to me ever! 🙏
