My interview at fleet fleet was a great interview. They did a great job of making me comfortable and at ease during the interview. The questions asked were ones that I could tell was a way to get to know me as well as show me what it will be like to work on the fleet feet team.

Laid back interview, still waiting for a response back but was all personality questions and how you approach situations. It was low stakes and a much more casual interview than I was expecting.

Short and sweet. Usually with the manager and then the owner. Lasted about 30 minutes. They really wanted to know if you were able to be a normal human being and connect to the people shopping there.

It was a 30 min general conversation about my background, interest in running, and why I'm interested in the position. I was not tested on shoe knowledge. I think showing interest in the sport and helping people are the most important aspects.
