Brief interview with the basic running store questions. Management was in transition and chaotic at the time which made hiring process scattered. Overall when new management gets settled this will be an excellent place to work!

The interview was just a conversation with the owner about availability and retail experience. Very casual, just in the store. Knowledge of running and shoes was helpful but not necessary. They had me come back another day to shadow staff for a few hours to make sure it was a good fit.

Entrevista
It was pretty mellow and easy going. More of a conversation and trying to get to know you as a person. Felt like a conversation with an old friend. It was overall a great experience and the operations manager was very kind.
