Was reached out to by a 3rd party recruiter for a screening call before moving onto the 2nd interview with Scott from GSI (parent company) and Liliane at Flawless Inbound. I was told that they are "still working out the quota, maybe it will be $2M ARR or $3M ARR". Major red flag that they don't know what quota is set at. Doesn't help that OTE is in line with a $1M quota as is common in most other SaaS orgs I'm familiar with. I had to proactively ask about the role's relationship with HubSpot Channel Account Managers before being told that the CAM role at HubSpot is going away in February 2024 and Liliane was unsure of the impact this will have on working with HubSpot reps (being a crucial part of this job). Overall, they seem highly disorganized and I would not recommend interviewing or taking a job here.

Three levels of the interview, Case scenario, Behavioral, and culture interview. the hiring manager was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I love working at Flawless Inbound. Very good Culture and amazing leadership.
