The interview process is quite smooth, and they are generally quick. I'll also note that every interviewer is kind and you'll feel supported throughout. After a recruitment call, you'll speak to one of the Engineer Leaders who will assess your background and fit. Then there is a coding challenge where you'll need to demonstrate your ability to break down a problem, communicate, code, and even consider reusability. They will let you use AI to aid your development, but expect you to code. The last stage of the interview has a really nice prep document and a system design interview. It follows a standard format, but I overlooked the UX aspect.
