Applied online. Recruiter emailed me the next day, asking for availability for phone interview. The recruiter was 10 minutes late to our scheduled time, and then told me she has "a hard stop" at the top of the hour, leaving us just 20 minutes to talk. Not apparent the recruiter was listening and felt very rushed. The next week I received an email indicating I was not selected for the role.
