Started with an recruiter reach me out, in regards my profile almost 3 months ago, I was able to pass phone screening, I talked with the Director of the team hiring, Then another meeting with a current employee in another team, i was able to pass a technical test, when to another phone call, Discussed about how the people i have been talking they are very pleased about my skills, i was mention what benefits, and what things i'm looking forward as i'm a parent to be and i would be changing a lot of stuff but i saw this as a good opportunity too, and then i was scheduled for a "FINAL Interview" everything schedule with a Director and another employee, with i was mention that they will do another technical, and then i was about to talk in 2-3 days with a VP and then, the day of the interview, me after getting ready and taking time off, the interviewers never appeared, i waited 40 mins, which is very rude, and disrespectful, and not professional at all. And the recruiter didn't know what happened until 1 week and half after, and mentioned me that due to some changes within the team hiring the position was re-scoped and that i'm no longer taken in consideration... Very awful the last part and their approach.
