      Entrevista

      First, you are contacted by their HR recruiting team via video call where they mostly ask you about what you are looking for and who they are, and your current experiences. It would help if you have used their app. This should not be a hard interview, just seem personable and friendly. Then they send you a Codility test composed of 3 coding questions and 3 short answer questions. Once you pass that, they extend an invite to do a second interview with 2 people you would work with. They'll mostly ask you about your experience People were very nice. However, no follow-up was given after the 2nd interview on whether they would move forward or not, which is an automatic thumbs down for me as that is just rude. If you're going to interview someone up to the 2nd interview, and take up so much of a candidates time and effort, the absolute VERY LEAST you can do is send an email letting the candidate know if they moved on or not. No mention of salary or asking of my salary range in 1st or 2nd interview, so if I had to guess I don't think there would be much room to negotiate.

      Technical Interview - Codility Test, then follow-up interview which is talking about your current projects, experiences, some tech questions mixed in, and then they go over your Codility submission. Codility was 3 coding questions, (I think) 3 MC questions, 3 short answer that's more behavioral such as "Explain your problem solving process" or something like that. I would describe the Codility test for MC as Easy, and the Coding questions I felt were more like 1 LC Easy, 2 LC Medium-Easy.

      Pregunta 1

      A technical question was to explain the different uses of message brokers vs streaming. The first interview was a video call, and I just had to talk about my previous experiences and what makes me interested in Flashfood.
