I had a brief introductory interview with the Head of People, then submitted a sample project. Next I interviewed with the manager of my potential team, then the CEO and CTO. All within a few days. Very pleasant and professional. I was informed of exactly what each next step would be. They were able to answer all of my questions, and were quite open about salary, equity, benefits, and the company's funding status. Standard questions for my role were asked.
