The interview process at Flash Pack included 4 stages, in which I meet their recruitment team, my HoD, further HoDs and the CEO. This allowed me to gain a good level of insight into the company ways of working, culture and values, and understand if the role was right for me. Flash Pack were particularly good at providing feedback throughout the process - both during the interviews and as follow-up. My expectations regarding next steps and timelines were managed effectively throughout.
