I recommend not joining Flam if you are a backend developer. why so First, currently there are only two backend developers and they don't have much experience,no architect, no teach lead , neither principle engineer ,so you will not find learning growth their. Now coming over to interview, the interviewers are professional not interviewers they were not well prepared for what they had to ask in an interview, in front of me they were searching in Google, second interview question was totally weird it started asking hardware-related questions.
