I met the hiring manager after being referred by a current employee. After speaking with me at length to determine whether or not I had the social skills necessary to sell on the phone, I was offered the job.

Sat down with the sales manager who did most of the talking. He just wanted to have a conversation to get to know me as a person and really try and understand my personality and the work ethic I would bring to the company.
