First round was with recruiter. Second round was with CTO who gave me system design. I was expecting LC so I ended up getting cooked. Next round would have been a project that you do and then present to the team.

1 screener with hiring manager, 2 with engineers, 1 with cofounder. No leetcode :), take home projects sometimes included. lots of walk-me-through it and what-would-you-do type questions, as well as how you fit in startup culture
