Went through four rounds of interviews only to be ghosted by the recruiter. Great job, Five9. Also, this job was not advertised as a tech position, but I was still given a technical interview which I was not expecting at all. They said that they wanted this position to possibly grow into a developer position (which is fine if that's what they want) but advertise that in the job description. The interviewer said it didn't matter how I performed on the technical interview because they knew the position description didn't ask for those technical skills, butI feel like it 100% mattered. Seems like this company wants their employees to wear a many hats.
