HR call + hiring manager call + onsite. Very lean process and even onsite is not intense. They want you to feel comfortable and get to know the role and the team. There is a small take home assignment but very simple. They care more about your thinking process. They made decision very fast to accommodate my schedule, negotiation went fast as well.
There were several rounds of interviews conducted with different individuals. All of these interactions took place virtually over Zoom rather than in person. Throughout the entire process, the interviewers were consistently friendly and approachable.

First interview was a Zoom meeting for about 30 minutes where I talked to the recruiter. They asked mainly behavioral questions and about projects. The interviewer responded back within the week.

Invited me for an interview, but when I arrived, it turned out to be for a completely different position than the one I had applied for. It was not at all what I was looking for, even though the recruiter tried to spin it as such.
