Had a phone screen, didn't make it past, was tough. Interviewer sectioned into fit / math / probability questions and general estimation problems. Fit questions were open ended, like what career would you pursue if you weren't going into finance / how many more hours would you work for a 50% pay raise, etc. 30 seconds to answer each one, timed and she told me when I had 10 seconds left on each question.
