Outside agency recruiter reached out about the job via email. Spoke with their VP of Talent Acquisition for an hour phone call interview. That same day VP of Talent Acquisitions scheduled me to speak with FP&A Manager followed by the FP&A Director. 1. VP of Talent Acquisition - Phone interview was an hour. 2. FP&A Manager - Teams Interview was 45 minutes. 3. FP&A Director - Teams Interview was 45 minutes. I never received a response that I was not selected for the position. Extremely unprofessional. Be wary of 3 hours of your time. You may or may not get selected for the next step in the process.
