The hiring and interview process was relatively quick! Applied online, received a call back within a week, and was scheduled for an interview the very next day. From what a sales associate told me, there were lots of interviews being held. Makes sense for seasonal! I came in 10 minutes early and waited in a hallway in the back before being called in while the manager was interviewing someone just prior to me. The actual interview process was super quick and efficient! (Faster than the interview that just happened before I went in) He asked me a few questions and at the end told me it’s a yes from him and would like to offer me a position. Some tips: Dress nicely, keep comfortable and engaging eye contact, answer your questions as best as you can and just be you! I brought some extra resumes, a notepad and pen, and a bottle of water (just in case of dry throat or cotton mouth lol) and I think it definitely helps and shows that you are prepared. But, you don’t have to be scared to show a little bit of quirky. I also went in with a Disney character mask and even got complimented on it haha ^^ Goodluck!!
