40 minute Google Meets chat with member services manager and environmental specialist. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the work culture, and they asked me about how my schedule would fit in with their shifts plus what I would do in emergencies.

I was contacted by a recruiter about my background and experience. After that I was invited to the property to interview. The location is great and the inside of the place is super stylish. After three rounds of interviews I was offered the position.
