Recruiter saw my resume online. They emailed me asking to set up a phone interview. Short preliminary interview asking the basic screening questions. Asked to come into the office for three in person interviews and to take an excel test. One of the interviews was a Skype interview with a person in Chicago. Nothing too challenging with all these interviews.
