The Recruitment process were conducted into 3 stages. First with HR which was satisfactory, The second one was with the Team Lead and professional enough according to Industrial standards. The Third and Last one was poorly conducted because of a particular interviewer's uttering inappropriate communication techniques and showing diverging contradictions from the previous two interviewers' words. It shows that the working culture within this unit needs significant improvement and while this may not be representative of the broader organization, My experience raised concerns about consistency in the interview process and the working culture within the specific team.
