Entrevista
The interview process was lengthy and processed by a third party. There were more than 50 candidates for 4 positions at their Hyderabad office.
First round was Psychometric Test followed by Case Based Group Discussion.
This was followed by a telephonic conversation round with an automated voice.
Chosen few candidates were finally shortlisted and face to face interview by video conference was done by managers.
Overall quite efficient process and neatly drawn map for selecting candidates.
