I was interviewed in September 2016 by the two cofounders. There were two phone interviews and one in person interview. The phone interviews were pretty standard, including questions about professional history etc. There were some specific SEO questions in there, particularly around link building. My background is in PR so my in person interview was focused primarily around campaigns I had run and what kinds of PR work could possibly help the company.
